Florence, capital of the region of Tuscany, has nurtured influential artists, architects and writers for centuries.  Even though Florence has a population of half a million people, you will at once note how cozy the city feels and how easy it is to navigate.  Studying for the summer at the Institute at Palazzo Rucellai enables you to to live and learn within the old walled city of Florence.

During our five week summer session you can study up to one or two subjects in language and culture, humanities, fine arts or art history. All courses are taught in English except for Italian language subjects so no prior knowledge of Italian language is necessary.
