CIS Overseas Partner University Scholarship Program
The CIS Overseas Partner University Scholarship Program was developed in conjunction with selected overseas universities.  Students are encouraged to submit their scholarship application at the same time they submit their program application. Please note that scholarships will only be awarded once a student has been accepted to the corresponding program. The following scholarships are available for semester programs only; one scholarship is awarded per program per semester (scholarships are not available to students participating on short-term programs).

Application Procedure
In order to be considered for any of the above CIS scholarships, you must already be accepted to a CIS program. Candidates who meet the academic requirements will have their applications forwarded to a scholarship committee who will judge their application based on academic merit and a written essay
  1. Complete a CIS Scholarship Application Form.
  2. Scholarship Application

  3. Submit, with the Application Form, an essay that explains what it means to you to be a global citizen and how your CIS study abroad program might help you attain this status. The essay should be typed, double-spaced and between 500-1000 words (2-3 pages).
