Originating as a language center for international students and tourists, Universidad Internacional (UI) was founded in 1980. Flourishing as a Spanish language center, it opened to a greater audience in 1997 as a university to allow Mexican and international students to pursue their undergraduate and graduate degrees.

As a summer internship participant at Universidad Internacional, you will study Spanish for the entire six week program and work as an intern for the last 3 weeks, learn valuable life skills while learning and practicing your knowledge of Spanish, and earn 7-9 credits. Internships are available for high intermediate to advanced Spanish speakers only (completion of 4 college level Spanish courses).
