How to Choose Your Courses
As part of the application process you will be required to complete the CIS Course Selection Worksheet found in the CIS Application Packet. The following instructions will guide you through the steps of choosing your courses.

COURSE LOAD:
3-4 classes or 9-12 Macquarie credits; you can take three 4 credit classes or four 3 credit classes.

COURSE APPROVAL:
It is best to get 7-8 classes pre-approved before you go abroad. This way you will have plenty of classes to choose from and some flexibility in setting up your schedule. You should also consider filling your elective requirements.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS CATALOG:
Click here to view courses. First click on the prefix for the subject area (i.e. ACCG for Accounting) and then click on the class you would like more information on.

Then once you have chosen classes that you are interested in you can get a full class description at http://handbook.mq.edu.au/units.php?edition=2008&level=ug. Click on the prefix for that subject area (i.e. ACCG for Accounting) and then click on the class you would like more information on.
